Standard Support allows customer support via multiple channels and is included in the Mylo subscription.
Premium support allows for global 24x7 access and response times as well as personalized services and best practices.
Mylo Expert Services is comprised of deep domain expertise that augments our standard services in order to truly optimize and leverage a deployment. Whether its business consulting to better deploy a first time implementation, develop custom business rules, custom look and feel, integration with enterprise/legacy systems or more, our consultants have across the board expertise.
MyloAcademy offers an array of classes that enable rapid adoption. Mylo approach to training is flexible and focused on the specific needs of the user. Classes are virtual. While Mylo includes dedicated customer sessions as part of each deployment, Mylo also offers "open enrollment" for customers and partners. Whether your goal is to act as administrator or to quickly start using Mylo to better manage your processes immediately, we have the right training level and option.
